It's some cheap Taiwanese brand, MagicSync+. From BUS Computer Systems
in New York.

Well, the monitor doesn't have to do anything special, but you need to
tweak the ST to get it to use the overscan modes. Since the ST overscan
resolution is well within the multisync's normal resolution, that is,
the monitor doesn't need anything special.
In particular, my monitor doesn't have an over/underscan switch, nor
is the dot pitch selectable. There is a MagicSync (no "+") which is
a few dollars cheaper and .28mm dot pitch, but this seemed to be the
smart buy at the time. If you have a local computer store that will
let you try things out, play with a whole range of things. I was kind
of fearful of buying a monitor sight unseen thru mail-order, but I
guess I lucked out in getting one that works well. But there are lots
of different features to look for, like auto-scaling/auto-centering
displays, monitors with explicit text modes, etc...
Moniterm resolution is 1280x960 monochrome. You can get 1024x768 on
PCs with SuperVGA, and there is some company that makes a board for
STs that does 1024x768 with a million colors or something. (ISAC? dunno
the company name or what the acronym means...)
